The following applies to all DVD products sold by IVD West:
- All titles must be purchased from IVD West for a return credit.
- All returns must be returned within 90-days after the purchase date.
- There will be a 3-month window to return product for studios no longer being distributed by IVD West. A letter will be sent out notifying of IVD West ceasing distribution of a studio.
- IVD West will no longer accept any titles that have been altered in anyway. All titles must be in the original packaging.
- Credit will only be given for the lowest purchase price.
- Gay titles that were purchased at $5 and under and all other types at $3 and under will not be accepted for return, excluding defective.
- All DVD Mix sales are final and IVD West will not accept returns unless titles are defective for which we will issue an exchange. Actual DVD titles on each mix may change without prior notice.
- A return or exchange request must be initiated by contacting our Returns Department which will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for items being returned.
- Please include any supporting documents and/or reference numbers as well as the reason for the return on all your requests.
- All RMA Numbers will be issued and sent to you within 7-15 days upon approval by a IVD West Manager.
- All revised requests must be approved by an IVD West Manager.
- Non approved titles returned to IVD West will not be accepted for credit, however these items can be shipped back to you upon a call tag requested by UPS within 30 days.
- RMA number must be marked on every box returned. Also, please enclose a copy of the RMA request.
- We will process your returns and issue a credit memo upon receipt at our warehouse. A Credit Memo will be issued after all items on your return have been processed and verified by our Returns Department.
