SHIPPING POLICY
IVD West offers it's B2B customers the following domestic and international shipping options*:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS
- FedEx
*Customers opting to use their preferred third-party carrier and/or accounts should contact support@ivdusa.com for setup.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated from your selected carrier based upon the size, service, and weight of the products that are in your cart.
Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes (except for USPS-shipped orders)
Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of order. Orders placed after 11AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday through the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment.
Please note that we while we work hard to process and have your orders shipped and delivered on a timely manner, we do not guarantee on-time delivery as varying factors such severe weather conditions, etc. affect processing and handling times.
Any issues or concerns regarding shipments should be communicated on a timely manner. Please send us an email to support@ivdusa.com with the subject line 'Shipping Issues on (indicate your order, invoice or other reference number)'. Include your company name and any additional/supporting details in message body.
